FOR SHIPPERS
What we move, how a quote works, and what makes TRK Freight different.
-
We're a freight brokerage based in Charlotte, NC. We match your shipment with a vetted carrier from our network, handle the paperwork and tracking, and stay the single point of contact from pickup to delivery — so you're not chasing multiple carriers or checking multiple portals.
-
Full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) dry van freight, with access to reefer and flatbed capacity through our carrier network for temperature-controlled or oversized loads. Tell us what you're shipping and we'll confirm the right equipment before we quote it.
-
Send us pickup and delivery locations, weight, and freight type — by phone, email, or the quote form. Most quotes come back same-day, and often within the hour during business hours.
-
You get a direct relationship instead of a rotating call queue — the same person who quotes your load tracks it through delivery. We also operate bilingual in English and Russian, which opens up a deeper pool of reliable owner-operator carriers that many brokers can't reach or communicate with directly.
-
Yes. For shippers with regular volume on the same lanes, we can set up dedicated capacity and consistent pricing instead of re-quoting every load.
-
Transparent metrics track impact in real time, so value is never abstract.
FOR CARRIERS
Onboarding, load access, and what we expect on the road.
-
+Send us your MC/DOT number, W-9, current insurance certificate, and a signed carrier agreement. Once your packet is reviewed and approved, we'll get you added to our network and start sending available loads that match your lanes and equipment.
-
Active operating authority in good standing, and minimum cargo and auto liability coverage that meets our carrier agreement thresholds. Our onboarding team will confirm exact minimums for your equipment type when you apply.
-
Once approved, you'll get load offers directly from your dispatcher based on your preferred lanes and equipment. We're also building out self-serve load board access for approved carriers — ask your dispatcher if it's available on your lane.
COVERAGE & OPERATIONS
Where we run, and how we keep you updated in transit.
-
We're based in Charlotte and run freight throughout the Southeast and along major national corridors, with carrier coverage extending nationwide. If you have a specific lane in mind, ask — we'll tell you straight away whether we can cover it well.
-
Your point of contact at TRK Freight sends pickup and delivery confirmations and status updates directly, so you always know where your load stands without having to call and ask.
-
We flag it to you as soon as we know — not after the delivery window has already passed — and work the problem with the carrier until it's resolved.
BILLING & PAYMENTS
Terms for shippers, and payout options for carriers.
-
Standard terms are net 30 from delivery with signed proof of delivery and a clean invoice. Other terms can be arranged for established accounts — ask your rep.
-
Standard payment runs on a set schedule after we receive your signed rate confirmation, delivery receipt, and invoice. Quick pay options are available for carriers who need funds faster — ask your dispatcher about current terms
